Health notice
Last updated 27 October 2026
Fluffy is a gentle place to write your weight down. It isn't a doctor, a diet or a coach, and it never promises results.
Not medical advice
Nothing in Fluffy, including the companion's messages, the goal sign, the chart or the trend, is medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Fluffy doesn't know your health, age, height, medication or history; it only sees the numbers you type.
Before you set a goal
Talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional before you start trying to change your weight, especially if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- are under 18;
- live with a long-term condition such as diabetes, or heart or kidney disease;
- take medication that affects your weight or appetite;
- have, or have had, an eating disorder.
If tracking stops feeling good
Fluffy is designed to be kind, but for some people any number can become a source of worry. If weighing yourself makes you anxious, if you feel pressure to restrict food, or if your weight is changing quickly without a reason you understand, please pause and talk to someone: your doctor, or an eating disorder helpline in your country. You can delete all your weigh-ins in Settings at any time.
About the numbers
Fluffy shows what you log and works out a smoothed trend from it. Body weight naturally moves up and down from day to day with water, food, sleep and hormones, which is why Fluffy looks at the week rather than the morning. The accuracy of everything you see depends on your scale and on what you type.
In an emergency
Fluffy can't help in an emergency. If you feel unwell or unsafe, contact your local emergency number.
