Common questions
When can I download Fluffy?
Soon. Android comes first, with iPhone close behind. The store buttons on the home page will start working the day it's published.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-up of any kind. Open the app, pick a buddy and log your first weight.
Where is my data kept?
Only on your phone. Fluffy makes no network requests of its own and works offline. See the privacy policy.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Fluffy has no cloud backup, so we can't restore your weigh-ins. Your phone's own system backup may include them, depending on its settings.
How do I log a weigh-in from an earlier day?
Tap the round plus, then tap the date under the number to change the day and time before you tap Log.
How do I fix a wrong number?
Tap Undo straight after logging, or open History and tap any weigh-in to edit or delete it.
Can I switch between kilograms and pounds?
Yes, in Settings, any time. Weights are stored precisely, so switching back and forth never rounds them off.
How do I add the widget? (Android)
Long-press an empty spot on your home screen, choose Widgets, then Fluffy. In Settings you can choose whether it shows your weight or only your companion.
How does the living wallpaper work?
On Android, turn it on in Settings for the home screen, or home and lock screen. It redraws when the mood, season, theme or colours change, and it never shows a number. On iPhone, use Save to Photos and set it yourself.
Why is my buddy looking worried?
Your trend over the last week or so is moving away from your goal. It's never about one day, and it isn't a telling-off. Tomorrow is a new day.
How do I start over?
Settings, then Reset Fluffy and start over. To keep your settings and clear only the numbers, choose Delete all weigh-ins.
Something not working?
Tell us your phone model, its Android or iOS version, and what you expected to happen. Please don't send us your weight data; we don't need it to help.
