Use Fluffy kindly and for yourself. It's a tracker and a friend, not a doctor. Your data lives on your phone, so keeping it safe is in your hands.

Agreeing to these terms

By downloading or using the Fluffy app ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you got Fluffy from Google Play or the App Store, that store's own terms also apply.

What Fluffy is

Fluffy lets you record your body weight, see it on a chart with a 7-day average, set a goal, and watch a companion react to your trend. It does not track food, calories, exercise or body composition, and it does not connect to scales or health platforms.

Not medical advice

Fluffy is not a medical device and does not give medical, nutritional or fitness advice. The companion's moods and messages respond to numbers, not to your health. Please read the health notice before setting a goal, and talk to a doctor about any weight change that worries you.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

Your data

Everything you log is stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). We don't hold a copy, so we can't recover it if your phone is lost, reset or replaced, or if you delete the app. You are responsible for any backups you want to keep.

Fluffy's art and name

Sprout, Blossom, the landscapes, the wallpapers, the Fluffy name and everything else in the app belong to us. Wallpapers the app makes for you are yours to use on your own devices and to share for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app or any feature. Features can differ between Android and iPhone: for example, the home-screen widget and living wallpaper are Android only, and iPhone offers Save to Photos instead.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of errors, always available, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state to be confirmed], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
